today and yesterday

Dear wes.
The hill sprints were brutal did all of martins lane with my worst one aka my last one ending on the kennys old drive way. My push ups were 12 with second tabatha having the lowest at 10. Well today was brutal. I used 225 for the deadlifts and 85 close grip. Then did 95 for the ub cleans. Holy balllllls that shit sucked. To see if u are reading. I got dinner plans Sunday any primal suggestions?
